Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders. This rate applies regardless of order size or destination.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Possible Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PETALANDPLUM is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your ship date, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PETALANDPLUM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@mintyshelf.shop. We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
