Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from PETALANDPLUM. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@mintyshelf.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@mintyshelf.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: intimates and lingerie, swimwear, accessories, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
